Suggest Treatment For Sinus Pain And Headaches

I have had sinus pains and headaches almost every day for months now, 3 courses of antibiotics 500mg haven t worked, steroid nose drops haven t worked and painkillers such as Sinutab do not make my headaches go away either. I have no congestion at all, but a heavy pressure across my nose and pain behind my eyes constantly. I ve used a nasal rinse which feels good but as I have no congestion, I m not sure if I need the rinse at all. What s the next step for me? It s affecting my everyday life, waking up with pounding headaches, I m not able to work. Help!

Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having chronic sinusitis and headache.
This requires treatment by the use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs.
Since it is chronic I would advice you to go for investigations like endoscopy to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
