Suggest Treatment For Sinusitis And Asthmatic Bronchitis

I am 71, 5ft, 127 lbs. I was diagnosed with sinuitis and asthmatic bronchitis of 4 weeks duration. After being given z pack and steroids my asthma attacks and coughing are gone. It is now over 5 weeks and I still have sinuitis symptoms. The worse is I work in a movie complex of 16 theaters and climb those stairs in each at least twice a day and have trouble breathing. How long will this last?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
I would suggest you take nasal decongestant and steam inhalation regularly for 15 - 20 days.but i am suggesting these, keeping in mind, that you dont have any cardiac problems. since you have asthma, also allergic rhinitis needs to be ruled out as they occur together and aggravate one another. symptoms are snnezing or nasal discharge or nasal blockage with or without eye itching/watering.
