Suggest Treatment For Sinusitis And Post Nasal Drip

Please help me. Two days ago I started having post nasal drip, I have sinusitis. Yesterday I noticed that my saliva tasted and felt funny and when I spat it out it was clear with sum lumps and theses tiny tiny bubbles. Today the tiny bubbles are turning into white things, sometimes all in a clump with a brownish base. I m bipolar and am obsessed with finding out what this is. Had to take meds to calm down. I know noticed that they are in my eyes, ears, nose, tongue and they are coming out my belly button.I am afraid to go to toilet in case I see something down there. Does anyone know what is wrong with me. Louise

Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
For your bipolar disorder consult a psychiatrist and get an opinion.
For sinus infection and postnasal discharge I would like to recommend the fillowing
1) You might require a course of antibiotics .
2) Antihistamines with montelukast will control post nasal drip.
3) Steam inhalation to ventilate the sinuses and clear secretions.

You will be fine. Wish you a speedy recovery.
