Suggest Treatment For Sinusitis And Severe Throat Pain

Hi Am a 32-year-old male, suffering from Sinusitis related headache & blood mixed mucus secretion, and throat pain for the last two weeks, now the mucus secretion is not much.
But now from last two days throat pain is aggravating and I checked today & found a pus formation at the end of Uvula not swollen till time being, I need support to get a proper remedy and I am in a situation were local Consultation facilities are not easily available.
Please share your insight on this and suggest any medication if I have to take I am ready to share more information on this if required.

Thanks for the query!
I have gone through your short history and I can understand your concerns.

As per your description you are having sinusitis along with pharyngitis(inflammation of your throat).You don't need to worry regarding it because it can be very well managed by prompt antibiotic therapy.
You can go for the following as a first line management:-
1.Start a short course of antibiotics preferably "levofloxacin" for seven days.
2.You can take "acetaminophen" or "ibuprofen" for fever and pain.
3.Antihistamines like "cetrezine" would provide symptomatic relief.
4.Do warm saline gargles or gargling with chlohexidine mouth wash.
If the symptoms persist despite all these you have to consult an ENT specialist for detailed evaluation.

You can try the following preventive measures against sinusitis:-
1.Quit smoking and use masks while you get in to heavily polluted areas.
2.Use saline nasal drops.
3.Correct dental caries,which is a common source of infection.
4.Wash your hands frequently.
5.Avoid breathing dry air. Consider using a humidifier at home
