Suggest Treatment For Sinusitis And Throat Infection

Hello, I´m 32 and Iam having a constant mucus in my throat for at least 5 years, First, doctors told me was my sinusitis, after they dont gave much attention, and now I´m with low temperature for 1 year and felling terrible. My pain in my neck, throat and hears are worse. I also have abdominal pain. The haematologist told me my blood is ok and i was reffered for the throat specialist but i can´t wait for months, so i am felling so ill. Please give me your opinion. Thank you very much

Hello,

You are having complaint since many months.

So, now your detail work up should be done by otorhinolaryngologist as follows:
- Posterior pharynx examination
- Indirect laryngoscopy
- PNS x ray
- USG abdomen
- CBC with peripheral smear examination

You can provide me reports for giving further comment. If needed throat swab culture also can be done. Also, consult nearby available otorhinolaryngologist for the examination.
