Suggest Treatment For Sinusitis

morning, I have two adult kids that suffer with bad sinus. daughter sneesing and son red eyes and both blocked up permanently. both have used sinus meds and permanently on nazene or illiadin nose spray. tried anti histamines but not really helping. Will Celestamine tablets help them? how long can they take them?

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The sinusitis can be secondary to the pathology in the maxillary sinus like a polyp or mucosal thickening or it can be secondary to deviated nasal septum. Nothing to be panic, consult an ENT surgeon and get it evaluated. The medicines are temporary solution. Diagnose the problem first and later we can treat accordingly. Do steam inhalation.
