General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Binge drinking can cause more and more sinus secretion and cause clogging of sinuses and worsen the symptoms.

As of now do steam inhalation and try decongestant drops like xylometazoline for symptomatic relief. Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety.

f symptoms are severe, seek help from an ENT specialist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
