I am suffering from sinusitis for the past 20 years . had antral wash thrice. no relief surgeon suggested for FESS. Iam yet to decide. Had developed skin allergies.what is the medicine in homeo. Lichens which I had developed has any relvance to sinusits

treatment of sinusitis in 2 ways. medical management includes drugs, yoga and procedures like antral lavage. the duration depends on the response and relief . if the medical management fails, Nasal endoscopy and CT scans are repeated and planned for surgery. in your case it's matter of 20 years. I advice you better plan for FESS with septoplasty. the post operative period follow up is essential. Take care
