Suggest Treatment For Sjogren S Syndrome

I have sjogens syndrome and consistently elevated esr levels. Two questions -- does reducing esr clearly indicate reduced inflammation and thus produce clear positive disease benefits, other than just affecting the marker? If yes, how does one accomplish reduction of ESR/inflammation? Thanx!

Hi
ESR and CRP are the markers for inflammation, so in some extent, reducing ESR clearly indicate reduced inflammation. But some time this is not always related.
In sjogren syndrome, there are many medicines -like methotrexate, steroids, leflunomide , biologics etc.
