Suggest Treatment For Skin Blemishes And Black Marks Around Lips

I m Sana 25+ & suffering with skin Blemish, two year ago due to cervical problem I took a course of antibiotic(till year),afterward my skin looks very dull, dark circle under eyes, some black satin/mark around my lip area. Please advice what to do, can it be reduced by normal skin treatment or should I go for laser treatment?

Hello,

I can understand your concern for skin blemishes and black marks around lips. After analyzing your query I can get that you have the problem of post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation. There is second possibility of pigmentation resulting from the use of antibiotic in your case.

Post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation is a skin problem where the color giving cells are over active and are produce more color to the skin. The resulting situation is manifested as slightly increased pigmentation over the affected area. I generally prescribe a cream containing kojic acid over the affected area. I also suggest using a sunscreen over the affected area. You can take further guidance from a dermatologist.
