Hi, my son is 9. He has had hives off and on since Thanksgiving. I ve taken him to allergists, dermatologists, and he s had diagnosis of erythema mulitiforme and viral uticaria- which neither are correct. He just had labs which now show an elevated sed rate of 22, AST 144, ALT 147, Cholesterol 185 and trig of 128. He is not overweight and eats healthy. He has been on 5 courses of prednisone since Thanksgiving and currently on 30 mg. He wasnt on pred when these labs were done. He is also on Zantac, Singulair, and Zyrtec d/t the hives. Help!
