Suggest Treatment For Skin Infection

What causes what symptoms showed. I have completed a round of reflex and am now taking spectra-dsl 800/160Mg Tb. It is still extremely sensitive, no fever,but some swelling. Should this med clear it up? Dr. at the beginning said a skin infection, but now says maybe a sinus infection.
