Suggest Treatment For Skin Irritation And Lump On Shoulder

Doc : My wife is 39 year old having skin irritation problem and one cyst near thr left solder, after analysing thru FNAC test shows fragments of larva besides mixed inflammatory cell infiltrate rich in polys, eosinophils, occasional multinucleated gaint and few granulomas. But there is no evidence of any malignant pathology in smears studied. After further test suggested by doc we get the TLC DLC, ESR and AEC test conducted TLC came ok DLC results are on top or bottom side but ESR readings was 49 and AEC reading 900. Pl confirm how muchserious it is , and what is the best treatment avalible.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. She has high absolute eosinophil count with some fragments of larva. So she may have some parasitic infection. She should take antibiotics for that. For eosinophilia diethly carbamazepine or antihistamines or steroids can be taken. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
