Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As per your case history of Skin irritation, my treatment advice is:
1. Do not scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition. 2. Apply a soothing lotion like Calamine lotion on affected region twice daily. 3. Take an antihistamine medication like Levocetirizine for 7 to 10 days.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
