Suggest Treatment For Skin Itching Around Buttocks
I have itchiness in the back buttocks area. When I wipe after restroom noticed between pop/ menstrual hole there is a small bag or part that s red and inflamed...any suggestions on what it might be? It tends to escalate at night. Have never had anything like this . Wouldn t be a hernia would it?

Red and inflamed lesions between the groins
and buttocks itching more favour to fungal with bacterial infection.
1) first treat the bacterial infection, by
Tab ofloxacin 200mg PO twice daily.
2) Antihistamines like Levoctrizine 10 mg daily night.
3) Tab Fluconazole 150mg weekly once.
4) Apply Terbinafine with momentasome cream.
