Suggest Treatment For Skin Peeling On Palms And Feet

Hi, recently I noticed that the top layer of skin on the palm of my hands and the soles of my feet (mostly in between my toes) have been peeling quite rapidly, it s been a few days and it s still going. I m guessing me picking at it isn t exactly helping. What should I do?
