Suggest Treatment For Skin Pigmentation

Ever since I landed in Mumbai, I have been having a skin pigmentation. I am not sure whether this is a rash or something but it probably has got to do with the sweating and humidity, coz in pleasant climes, the pigmentation goes away by itself. Want to know what the problem is, and if there is any treatment for this. I have sensitive skin. 27 years old, 6 feet tall, 80 Kgs.
