Suggest Treatment For Skin Problem Caused By Selenourea

Respected Doctor, Am a research student and i am from INDIA and now am facing a skin problem which i have uploaded photos. I am working with a chemical called selenourea. is this problem due to that? If so what is the cure and medication for it. small small black spots are seen on the palm and hand.
