General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Your child's fever, cold with chills, rashes and cough could be due to upper respiratory infection or allergic rhinitis or bronchitis etc.

He may need some routine blood works,ESR and other relevant investigations.

He might require oral antibiotics with antipyretics, antihistamines in syrup formulations.

In addition, antihistamines and mast cell stabilizers are also have a useful in the treatment but for all this treatment you must see pediatrician.

Regards,
