Suggest Treatment For Skin Rash On The Face Of A Child
hello! my 2 year old daughter has had a fever off and on for the last few days, lethargic at times, bit of a runny nose, she won t eat much, but drinking ok. I took her to our pediatrician and he diagnosed it as a cold. just now I noticed that she has a rash on the left side of her face, behind her ear, and on her chest and stomach. Nowhere else on her body though. I ve called our doctor and am waiting for a call back. Any thoughts on what this could be?

hello respected,
rash with fever in a child is mostly due to viral infection , should apply lotion containing calamine as soothing agent,and paediatric docor must have advised antihistamine syrup ,so continue that,
also see if skin of the baby is dry enough to cause the rash,if its dry do apply good quality moisturizer,
