Suggest Treatment For Skin Rash

Hi I am a 17 year old boy who lives in India. My problem is that my private part itches. The area near my penis, scrotum and thighs are itchy alot! This used to happen mostly during night but now it happens like everytime! I don't feel itchy during college or tutions but at home it drives me crazy! I apply soap and try to keep it clean. I can also feel some clay like soft and small particles when I scratch. Due to sctatching my skin is also very thin and reddish and some parts are black. Please give me a solution to this. Thank you.

Hello,

As from your history, it sees like you have scabies infection. It is parasitic infection in itchy bumps occurs in body with itching, worsening of itching at night. Does anyone in family has such itching? If I were your treating doctor, I would start you on T. Ivermectin 12mg tablet and repeat after 10 days and antihistamine tablet for itching
