Suggest Treatment For Skin Rashes

Found many red dots equally spaced out about 2-3cm apart horizontally and vertically in about a 2x3 inch piece of skin on back and sides. It looks like a rash. But there s no itch. No irritation and we first thought it was from leaning on something but this has been on his skin for 4 days now so we know it s not an impression from something else. What can cause such a pattern on the skin

these maybe nevus. it will go by itself. no medication is requered.should not try tofeedle or remove it. do not apply any medicine.these are not pattern. they manifest just like moles.
