Suggest Treatment For Skin Soreness
I frequently have sore skin. A few weeks ago my rt arm was very sensitive to my clothes touching. Last week the skin on the back of my neck was irritated to clothing and movement. No pain below skin level. Today my lt forehead is irritated to anything touching it including my hair. Feather touch irritates it as well as facial movements. I imagine my pain to be like shingles but without the rash and sometimes it lasts only a day or 2. Other times it sets several days.

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
