Suggest Treatment For Skin Sweating On T-Zone

I have a normal skin with sweating on T zone if applied cream foundation or creams.By the time got the issue of uneven skin tone and brown spots under the eye area...Heard about spectra an sunblock .Pls advice and recommend something .As Iam a working lady so need to apply makeup on daily basis .

Use of cosmetics / creams for excessively sweating skin should be used for T zone.
