Suggest Treatment For Skin Tags On Tongue

Hello. I am 14 years old and the past day or two I have felt a pain on the bottom of my tongue similar to the pain of a lie bump . I was curious to see what it was so I looked in the mirror and noticed a irritated spot and when it dried tentical like thing poked out. I ve seen pictures of it bbefore but ivI ve never noticed that i had them. People say they are skin tags...please help me.
