Suggest Treatment For Skull Fracture

hi,i had a fall about 1 month ago,i had a small skull fracture and a small bleed in my head,i was in hospital for 5 days,i have a blocked right ear now and when I walk im very dizzy,i went to my doctor yesterday and told my hearing would come back in time and this will also stop my dizziness,is this correct? Thanks
