Hi, i would like to suggest few therapy techniques, that first thing is avoid reading books and doing office work in sleeptime, some people say reading books makes you to sleep but you are not getting tired usually, so i don't think reading books or working in the system will help you to sleep. from your statement that thinking is one of the main issue that you are facing that means your physical activities are not enough or your work might be monotonus in nature. if so add some physical activities (functional way), have a walk in sunlight, play some outdoor games, don't keep your work monotonus, please avoid if you are sleeping in morning or afternoon time, avoid gadgets, books in bedtime and remove distractions & unnecessary things from your bedroom area. try these before bedtime warm water bath, massage, meditation, have a light dinner, soothing drinks. environment also plays some role in sleeping, keep your room in good temperature, dim lighting preferably blue color may help.
