Suggest Treatment For Sleep Disorder And Headache

hi my name is nandeesh, My problem is, when i go to bed, I will get the sleep very quickly and after 4 hours of good sleep, i will start talking and keep thinking on something(like dreams) due to this i will not get complete sleep and will have headaches in office(not every day) and feeling drowsiness and not a able to concentrate and completely tired by 6PM, please let me know the solution or suggest me to a doctor
