Suggest Treatment For Sleeping Disorder

Hello, I am 27 years Old and Facing Severe sleeping disorder and wake up several times at night..i keep on thinking about my job,my health and family in my subconscious mind..once awake at night It will take close to 30 mins till i sleep and wake up again after a while I have been facing this issue for the past 3 yrs..please help

I understand your concern.

Sleep disorder means insomnia can be treated with medicines.

But it is important to find out cause behind insomnia.

Most common causes are
1.Psychological stress.
2.Anxiety
3. Depression
4.physical illness.

Need to evaluation and if any then treatment of it is necessary.

Sleep hygiene is very helpful to restore sound sleep.

Certain routines and lifestyle modification will help you like

Fix sleep schedule and stick on it/no day time sleep

Exercise that makes you fatigue

Stress free activities and meditations
Avoid alcohol and smoking/avoid heavy meal in dinner/avoid tea cofffee soft drink at night

Use bed when you feel sleepy/read up to when you will sleepy

No talking or use mobile in bed
Calm and cool bed room

all of this will help you to restore good sleep.

Treatment of underlying psychological problem can also help.

Besides this there are some medicines like benzodiazapine and zolpidame which are useful in treat sleep problems but before that you have to require consultation to psychiatrist.
