Hello,

Smoking methamphetamine is obviously going to make it very difficult for you to be able to sleep. The only and most obvious solution to this is to stop smoking methamphetamine.

This would also be the solution for your skin problems. I'm sorry I could not be more helpful, but it is important to realize that if you continue to smoke methamphetamine, you will continue to have many health problems which eventually are likely to lead to death.

My advice to you would be to reach out to somebody for help in quitting this dangerous habit.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Aaron Branch, General & Family Physician
