He has parkinsons & severe arthritis but he does not have alzeimers. What could cause this behavior & should I discuss increasing the Seroquel?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Hallucinations are I am afraid a common symptom in Parkinson's so the symptoms you mention are I believe in that setting. As for what to do I think the dosage of Seroquel can be increased. The dosage he's under is very low, the lowest possible. I imagine the doctor has been trying to be careful given his age and fear of side effects. But given the inadequate efficacy if there are no side effects a dosage increase to 1 tablet should be attempted.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
