sir, I have sleeping problems, I am using 6 to 8 cigarette daily and 4 or 5 times tobacco masalas , I have sinusitis problems,head aches...so please help me to quit tobacco ...and give me tips for removing nicotin in my lungs and blood...hoping best...thanks

Hello,

Only successful way to quit smoking and tobacco is to quit altogether in one go. You will feel discomfort for 1 week but after that you will be alright.
