Im having trouble sleeping, See I TRY to go to sleep at 11 and I dont have a 'schedule' seeing as im not in school or working so I can sleep any time, but I have always had an issue with falling asleep. I know it isn't insomnia, seeing as with Insomnia you can sleep 4 hours and be okay, but I have to sleep at the most 12 hours to be awake for another 12 hours. I have heard from MENY therapists that say its depression, but I'm not depressed, although I do have a history of mental health issues, not sleeping is one of them.
