Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your situation and problem.
First of all, no need to worry for heart related diseases.
Your trop I is normal. This is more specific marker for heart diseases than CPK.
CPK is actually marker for muscle injury.
It is non specific.
Any muscle injury can cause rise in CPK.
Since your ecg and trop I are normal, no need to worry for heart diseases and your pain is mostly musculoskeletal in nature.
So better to start painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Avoid movements causing pain. Avoid bad postures in sleep. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Don't worry, you will mostly improve with all these.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
