Suggest Treatment For Slight Shift In The Neck Post Neck Fracture

hi, im 16 male who fell and had a radial neck fractured, the doctor plastered it the same time , after 2 weeks xray was good, but after 4 weeks when plaster was to be removed the doctor said there was a slight shift.. the doctor decide to just let it stay in cast for 2 weeks (still within that time currently).. was that the right decision? should i be worried?
