Hi
I appreciate your concern
Looking at your history it seems to be a case of displacement of mirena
Displacement of IUD on either side warrants gynaecologists opinion
Don't pull it out on your own this may leads to complications like excessive bleeding or prolapse
please visit your doctor to remove it a and ask for a new one to be placed.
Hope I have answered your question
