Suggest Treatment For Slipped Growth Plate In Hip

I am 22 years old, male and had a growth plate slip in my right hip when I was 13...I have had a pin in it ever since...as of the last year or so...i have had increased de-mobility and random pain...I cannot hardly raise my right leg straight up bent or straightened...any sudden movements, especially engaged by my "butt muscles" send such pain it makes me well up inside...

I would appreciate any help..I have no insurance and need some help...
