Suggest Treatment For Slurring Of Speech

My grandma woke up this morning slurring her words, I rushed her to the ER thinking she was having a stroke- after a myriad of tests including a CAT scan they found nothing wrong with her, but her speech has gotten a little worse... I'm feeling unsatisfied with the care she's getting, but not sure what to do
