As per your query small black spots on the lips could be due to many causes like minor trauma or contagious like herpes, canker or allergic etc. It could be due to minor traumatization of blood vessels which keeps on forming small spots on lips due to under skin blood accumulation. Treatment is mainly depend upon the underlying cause . Consult dermatologist for proper examination of these black spots and go for biopsy if it keeps on exaggerating to find out exact cause and start treatment as per that. I would suggest you to maintain good oral hygiene and avoid hot and spicy foods. Take cotton dipper in apple cedar vinegar and apply on lips.Antihistamines drugs to combat allergic cause.Take folic acid with vitamin b complex supplement.
