Suggest Treatment For Small Bumps Around Circumcision Scar

I have some small bumps that follow my circumcision scar on the side and underside of penile shaft that have been there a long time. Went to dermatologist twice and he said it was due to my circumcision (I am 43 yrs) and that penises change their look over time as you get older. My worry is that I might have had genital warts but the dermatologist said no, and my wife has normal Pap smears. Just looking at the penis these bumps are not visible unless I stretch out the skin. They never go away and I am just self conscious about them.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of circumcision and small bumps which are seen on stretching the skin.
This indicated that these are not warts as they can be seen even without stretching the skin and they appear wet and fleshy.
So stop worrying, this is just an aberration in appearance and needs no treatment.
