Suggest Treatment For Small Bumps Around The Nipple

65 year old woman. I have always had those little glands (bumps) around my nipples. Suddenly, a cluster of three just below the nipple itself (only on left) are sensitive to anything and experiencing a painful burning sensation. No discharge (though I did have a cyst on same breast but, on the skin side of my breast months ago). Skin isn t dry. Had a Mammogram 6 months ago and clear. Seems to be getting worse over last 10 days.

Hello,

Possibility of an eczema must be ruled out. A scrape biopsy may be required to rule out possible causes like paget diseases even the chances are low.
