Hi,

Welcome to HCM...

Most probably you may be having impetigo or folliculitis. There may be erythematous pus filled lesions. They may be painful and tender. The lesions may be due to bacterial infection like staphylococci.. There may be poor immunity. DM should be ruled out. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis.

I would like to suggest...

- antibiotics like cefixime 200 mg twice a day for a week
- anti inflammatory drugs like nimesulide 200 twice a day
- sisomycine cream application on the lesions

I hope this would help you..

Thanks.
