Hello, you need antifungals in the form of tab Terbinafine 250 mg daily for 4 weeks and apply sertaconazole lotion on the lesions locally twice daily, Also take tab Cetrizine 10 mg at bedtime and apply Clotrimazole 1% powder locally for the jock itch.
This regimen will take care of ur jock itch, tinea barbae, manuum , all at the same time.
Just rinsing ur razor in isopropyl alcohol isnot enough for disinfection, there is a contact time for disinfection in these agents.
Wishing you a faster recovery
Regards
