Suggest Treatment For Small Bumps On The Throat

I have bumps on the back of my throat and tongue. I also have small like pimple bumps that come and go. My tongue also has a white coating that brushes off but comes back I went to the er and was treated for herpes but nothing has changed. Please help

you need not worry. these are simple papillae on the base of tongue and posterior pharyngeal wall. these papillae on the tounge are taste buds and are normal . sometimes they get hypertrophied .but nothing to worry. just use mouth wash ,keep your orodental hygiene clean and tke some multivitamins.
