Suggest Treatment For Small Bumps On The Throat

I have yellow stains on the back of my throat, bumps near my throat with clear fluid, bumps on the back of my throat with clear fluid, and the roof of my mouth is yellow, I am 51 years old, 507, 155 lbs. I am on acid reflux medication but the bumps will not go away.

don't worry,
start an anti allergic like montelukast with cetrizine for 10 days along with Disprin gargles three times a day for 15 days.
continue taking anti reflux measures like adequate fluids intake, avoid coffee tea smoking. regularise meals. You will feel better soon.
