Suggest Treatment For Small Bumps On The Vagina

Hi, I was checking out my vaginal area in a mirror and noticed tiny white spots on the inside of my vagina. They do not hurt, itch, or burn, and I can t really feel them. Any ideas what they could be? I ve looked up pictures of herpes and warts, but they don t look like that at all. Thanks for any help.
