Suggest Treatment For Small Bumps On The Wrist

Hi, I'm really confused and concerned about my wrist! It happened about 3 days go when I got put the bath and I noticed tiny little bubbles in a small line had formed on my wrist, since then they've spread all around my wrist and have become a pinky red colour, should I be worried? I'm not really sure what's going on!
