Suggest Treatment For Small Cluster Of Pimples On The Elbow
Hi Doc, I have cluster of pimples on my outer elbow and inner elbow also from childhood and they didn t hurt me ever but now a days i saw some increment of cluster of pimples and still they doesn t hurt me but i am scared if these will not make any in near future please suggest. Hi thanks for using HCM,
These cluster pimple like lesions on outer aspect of elbow could be PHRENODERMA.
It is due to vitamin A deficiency.
1) Cap vitamin A, Aquasol daily 2 times for 60 days.
2) If these lesions hardened...remove by Radiofrequency cautery
3) Apply Salicylic acid 12% on pimple like lesions morning time.
4) Take vitamin A rich food like coloured vegetables, chicken liver, mango and Papua.
5) Benzoyl peroxide 5% gel night time
will give good result.
