Suggest Treatment For Small Dark Spots On The Skin

I have several small dark spots on my skin no larger then a nail head. I am always tired and I feel blah with no energy. What do I need to do. My primary doctor dismissed me because I missed appointments due to my over sleeping. I sleep as often as I can.

You have not mentioned about the period since when these spots have been, and their distribution, nor your age. the spots that you have described seem to be unrelated to your energy levels. Please attach a picture of the spots and await my response before you take any treatment, which might be unnecessary in your case
