Suggest Treatment For Small Fragments In Lower Back Causing Burning Sensation

i was shot it the abdomin 5 years ago by a 9mm for 5 ft anyway the bullet done damage and i
never exited i have lots of fragments in my lower back near my ciattic nerve and i get wicked burning sensations and lots of pain...i cant get a mri what should i do???
